A man has died following a head-on collision involving two vehicles in Niagara-on-the-Lake on Monday morning.
Niagara Regional Police say the crash occurred around 9:30 a.m. on Niagara Stone Road, prompting a response from emergency crews. One of the drivers was pronounced dead at the scene.
The other driver was taken to hospital with minor injuries. Police confirmed there were no additional occupants in either vehicle.
Niagara Stone Road was closed between Concession 7 Road and Airport Road for several hours as investigators examined the scene.
