A man sustained serious injuries after being hit by a streetcar in Midtown Toronto on Thursday afternoon. The incident occurred near St. Clair Avenue East and Yonge Street just before 2 p.m. Emergency crews transported the man to a trauma centre with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. The cause of the collision is currently under investigation.
