A man was hospitalized Tuesday afternoon after being hit by a vehicle in Ottawa’s Sandy Hill neighborhood.
Paramedics said the collision occurred around 2:30 p.m. on King Edward Avenue near Daly Avenue, outside St. Albans Church. The victim was taken to hospital in serious but stable condition with non-life-threatening injuries.
Ottawa police confirmed officers responded to the scene shortly after 2:28 p.m. following reports of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
