Peel Regional Police are searching for a 41-year-old man accused of injuring an officer while fleeing a traffic stop in Brampton.

The incident occurred on May 26 after an officer stopped a vehicle near Peel Centre Drive due to allegedly improper licence plates. Police say the driver became uncooperative and fled on foot, leading to a brief pursuit.
