A man was seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle in a Markham parking lot on Tuesday afternoon.
York Regional Police responded to reports of a pedestrian collision at a plaza near Woodbine Avenue and Denison Street shortly after 1:30 p.m. The victim was transported to hospital with serious injuries.
The driver remained at the scene, and investigators are continuing to examine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
