A 36-year-old Midland man is facing multiple charges following a single-vehicle crash in the town on Monday morning.
Ontario Provincial Police responded to a collision near Yonge Street and Eighth Street around 10 a.m. after a vehicle left the road and struck a utility pole.
Officers arrested the driver for impaired driving and, during a search of the vehicle, allegedly discovered a quantity of suspected illegal drugs. As a result, the man has been charged with impaired operation and possession of a Schedule I substance.
