A 29-year-old man from The Nation Municipality has died following a collision between a motorcycle and a car near St-Albert on Saturday afternoon. The crash occurred around 1:45 p.m. on Route 900 East.
Ontario Provincial Police confirmed that the motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene, while the driver of the car was not injured. The victim’s identity has not yet been released.
Route 900 East was closed for several hours as police conducted their investigation but has since reopened. Authorities are asking anyone with information or dashcam footage from the area at the time of the crash to contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
