A multi-vehicle crash in Orillia on Sunday evening has led to road closures and at least one reported injury. Ontario Provincial Police announced around 6 p.m. that westbound lanes of Highway 12 between Memorial Avenue and Hurtubise Drive are closed as a result of the collision.
Several vehicles were involved in the crash, which took place in active traffic lanes. While at least one person was injured, the severity of their injuries has not yet been confirmed.
Police have closed the affected lanes to allow for cleanup and vehicle removal, and are asking drivers to avoid the area until further notice.
