Fire crews responded to an industrial warehouse fire in North York late Sunday night and were able to bring it under control after an initial escalation.
Toronto Fire says crews were called to a building on Ashwarren Road, near Keele Street and Finch Avenue, around 9:45 p.m. Heavy flames were found on arrival, prompting the incident to be upgraded to a two-alarm response. No injuries were reported.
Although the fire was quickly knocked down, firefighters remained on scene for several hours to fully extinguish remaining hotspots.
