No injuries were reported after a major fire broke out early Saturday morning in Kingsville. Fire crews were called to the 2000 block of Seacliff Drive around midnight, according to the Kingsville Fire Department.
About 20 firefighters responded and remained on scene for several hours to contain the blaze. As a precaution, Ontario Provincial Police shut down County Road 20 between County Roads 31 and 45 shortly before 2 a.m., reopening it just after 5:30 a.m.
The fire occurred in the shop area of a business and resulted in a complete loss. The cause has not yet been determined, and damage costs have not been estimated.
