A tractor-trailer rollover has led to a major highway closure in the Georgian Bay area, though no injuries were reported.

Ontario Provincial Police say the crash happened around 3:30 a.m. Friday, prompting an initial full closure of a section of Highway 400. One lane was briefly reopened, but by midday all northbound lanes were shut down again between Highway 32 and Highway 38 near MacTier due to ongoing cleanup.

Crews remain on scene working to clear the roadway, and drivers are being urged to avoid the area and use alternate routes.

No charges have been laid.
