Highway 11 was shut down in both directions early Tuesday morning after a tractor-trailer caught fire.
Ontario Provincial Police said the closure, between New Liskeard and Temagami, began shortly before 5 a.m. as crews responded to the vehicle fire. No injuries were reported.
Drivers were urged to avoid the area and use alternate routes while emergency crews managed the scene. The highway fully reopened just before 9:40 a.m.
