Firefighters responded to a two-alarm blaze Friday morning at a Brampton apartment building on McMurchy Avenue. The fire began on the sixth floor of the building at 49 McMurchy Ave., according to Brampton Fire and Emergency Services.
No injuries were reported.
By late morning, crews had extinguished the flames and were ventilating the building to remove smoke. Officials advised the public to steer clear of the area while fire operations continued.
