A London woman has been charged after a vehicle crashed into property in a residential neighbourhood.
Police say the incident happened around 7:30 a.m. Sunday, when a southbound vehicle on Chesley Avenue veered onto a front lawn near Dame Street. The vehicle hit a parked car and a fence before the driver exited and left the scene.
A witness provided a description to officers, who later found and arrested the woman nearby on Chesley Avenue, north of Stedwell Street.
No one was injured, and the damage is estimated at roughly $20,000.
