An overnight fire in Windsor’s Sandwich Town neighbourhood has left four people without a home and caused an estimated $400,000 in damage.
Fire crews were called just before midnight to a convenience store near Prince Road and Tecumseh Road West. Officials say the fire began in the basement of the building, which also has a residential unit above.
No injuries were reported. A fire investigator is working to determine what caused the blaze.
