Emergency crews responded to a fire in Mono on Wednesday morning, Dufferin OPP confirmed. In a social media post at 10:03 a.m., police said no injuries were reported.
An OPP public information advisor later explained that a vehicle fire spread to a nearby home. As crews worked to contain the scene, 7th Line was closed between 15 Sideroad and 20 Sideroad.
Motorists were urged to avoid the area and take alternate routes to give first responders space to operate safely.
