Ottawa fire crews are investigating what sparked a blaze Wednesday evening at a spa in the city’s east end.
Emergency responders were called to a building on Meadowbrook Road shortly after 8 p.m. after reports of a fire. Upon arrival, firefighters discovered flames in the attic of the property, where Fantasy Spa operates.
Officials confirmed the building was empty at the time of the incident, and no injuries were reported. Crews brought the fire under control shortly after 9 p.m.
