Fire crews responded to an early Monday morning blaze in Bala at the popular concert venue, The KEE to Bala.
Just before 6 a.m., firefighters from several nearby communities arrived to find a fire burning behind Bala Falls Pub, adjacent to the venue. Crews carried out a rapid response and were able to contain the flames before they could spread.
No injuries were reported, and no other buildings were affected. Damage is estimated at about $20,000, and the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
