Firefighters spent nearly six hours battling a major garage fire Sunday afternoon near Old Mills Road and White Falls Road in Georgian Bay.
Fire crews were called to the property shortly after 1:30 p.m., where they found the detached garage fully engulfed in flames.
The structure was separate from the residence and was being used to store boats and other recreational watercraft. The fire also spread into a small section of trees on the property, but crews managed to contain the blaze before it could spread further.
No residents were home when the fire broke out, and no injuries were reported.
Officials have not yet determined what caused the fire or how much damage it caused.
