Emergency responders were called to a rollover crash on Highway 400 Friday morning as heavy snow fell across the area. The incident occurred on the northbound lanes near the Innisfil Beach Road exit just before 10 a.m.
A white SUV was found overturned on the highway shoulder, prompting the closure of the two right lanes while firefighters and paramedics assisted at the scene. According to County of Simcoe Paramedics, an adult and four children were inside the vehicle. Although none were hurt, all occupants were taken to hospital as a precaution.
No other vehicles were involved, and the scene was later cleared with traffic returning to normal.
