An off-duty Hamilton police officer has been charged after a two-vehicle collision in Hagersville on Tuesday night. The incident occurred at 11 p.m. when a driver collided with a parked vehicle, though no injuries were reported.
Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged 37-year-old Kyla Jobb with failure or refusal to comply with a breath demand. The cause of the collision remains unclear.
Hamilton police confirmed that Jobb was released and reassigned to administrative duties. She is scheduled to appear in court on October 7.
