A fatal two-vehicle crash occurred on Highway 11 near Allensville Road in Huntsville on Sunday afternoon, resulting in the death of a 46-year-old woman from Campbellville in Flamborough Township. The collision involved a Chevrolet Cobalt and a Honda CRV, prompting a temporary closure of the highway.
Four individuals were in the Honda at the time; three were hospitalized, with one airlifted to a Toronto trauma centre due to life-altering injuries. The other driver sustained minor injuries and was treated and released. Huntsville OPP is seeking witnesses or dashcam footage to assist in the investigation.
