Ontario Provincial Police are investigating a fatal two-vehicle crash that occurred Thursday evening in St. Clair Township.
The collision, involving a minivan and another passenger vehicle, happened around 5 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 40 and Courtright Line. Each vehicle had a driver and one passenger.
A 51-year-old London resident was pronounced dead at the scene, while three others were transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Highway 40 was closed for several hours between Oil Springs Line and Moore Line for the investigation but has since reopened. Police are asking anyone who witnessed the crash or has dash camera footage to contact Lambton OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
