Ontario Provincial Police are investigating a fatal collision involving two tractor-trailers in northwestern Ontario.
Emergency crews responded to the crash around 8:30 p.m. on May 20 along Highway 11/17 west of Shabaqua.
Police say one person was pronounced dead at the scene. Two other people, including a driver and passenger, were taken to hospital with injuries that were not considered life-threatening.
Investigators are continuing to examine the circumstances surrounding the collision and are asking anyone who witnessed the crash or may have dashcam footage from the area at the time to contact the OPP.
