Highway 48 has been shut down west of Highway 12 in Brock Township after a collision involving two dump trucks early Tuesday afternoon.
The crash occurred shortly after noon, when an eastbound dump truck sideswiped the trailer of a westbound truck, according to the OPP. One of the drivers suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital.
The highway remains closed between Highway 12 and Sideline 17 while the investigation continues.
