A person was airlifted to a trauma centre with serious injuries following a single-vehicle crash in Mono.
The collision occurred around 12:45 p.m. Wednesday on 3rd Line EHS, involving only one vehicle. Emergency responders were called to the scene shortly after the crash.
Police and investigators closed 3rd Line EHS between 5 Sideroad and Highway 9 for several hours while they examined the scene.
The roadway was later reopened around 6:45 p.m. after the investigation on-site was completed.
