A serious single-vehicle crash has shut down the northbound lanes of Highway 400 between White Falls Road and Crooked Bay Road in Port Severn.
The collision occurred shortly after 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, according to Ontario Provincial Police. One woman was airlifted to a trauma centre with life-threatening injuries, while another person was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Police and emergency crews remain at the scene, and there is no estimated time for the highway to reopen.
