A crash involving two transport trucks south of North Bay forced a temporary closure of Highway 11 on Monday.
Ontario Provincial Police shut down all southbound lanes between McFadden Line in Powassan and Goreville Road in South River after the collision, which occurred around 10:45 a.m. Almaguin OPP officers responded to the scene.
Police say one person was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Drivers were urged to avoid the area and use caution due to road conditions.
The highway reopened to traffic at approximately 3:15 p.m.
