Traffic was brought to a halt Thursday afternoon on Highway 400 in Barrie after a vehicle collided with the guardrail near Bayview Drive.
Barrie Fire and Simcoe County Paramedics responded to the scene, with paramedics confirming that one person was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The cause of the crash has not been determined.
Emergency crews remain on site while the situation is being managed.
