A multi-vehicle collision on Highway 417 near Bronson Avenue caused major traffic delays Friday morning and sent one person to hospital.
Ottawa paramedics say the crash occurred around 6:40 a.m. in the westbound lanes and involved four to five vehicles. One person was treated at the scene and released, while another was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
The scene was cleared shortly before 8 a.m., and traffic has since returned to normal.
