Fire crews quickly contained a balcony fire at an East York apartment building Thursday night.
The blaze broke out around 8:15 p.m. at 75 Cosburn Avenue near Pape, with flames and smoke visible from a seventh-floor balcony. One person was treated for minor injuries, and another resident was displaced.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
