One person suffered serious injuries in a motorcycle collision southwest of Carleton Place early Friday morning.
Ontario Provincial Police said emergency crews responded shortly after 7 a.m. to a crash involving a motorcycle and another vehicle on Highway 7 between Ferguson Falls Road and Ebbs Bay Road.
The injured individual was taken to hospital with serious injuries, though police have not released additional information about the victim or the circumstances of the crash.
Highway 7 was temporarily closed in both directions while emergency crews responded but has since reopened to traffic.
