Investigators are seeking public assistance following a hit-and-run that left a pedestrian hurt in Brampton.

According to Peel Regional Police, the incident occurred just before 7 a.m. Thursday near Steeles Avenue and Finch Avenue. A pedestrian sustained minor injuries after being struck by a vehicle.

Police allege the driver did not remain at the scene. Images released by investigators show the suspect vehicle appears to be a white four-door sedan.
