A pedestrian suffered serious injuries after being hit by a vehicle in Mississauga on Monday afternoon. Peel police responded to the crash near Derry Road West and Bellshire Gate around 3:20 p.m. The driver remained at the scene, and the injured pedestrian was taken to hospital. Investigators are still determining what led to the collision.
