A pedestrian was seriously injured in a collision in Brampton on Tuesday evening.
Peel Regional Police reported that just before 7:30 p.m., a vehicle struck the pedestrian at Wanless Drive and Thornbush Boulevard. The pedestrian was rushed to a local hospital with serious injuries.
The vehicle involved remained at the scene following the incident.
