One person has sustained serious injuries following a two-vehicle crash in Innisfil on Tuesday morning.
South Simcoe Police responded to the collision around 10:30 a.m. at the intersection of Big Bay Point Road and the 25th Sideroad. One individual was airlifted to St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto.
As the investigation continues, roads remain closed on Big Bay Point Road—north of the 20th Sideroad and between the 20th and 25th Sideroads. Police are urging drivers to avoid the area.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
