A collision between a vehicle and an ION light rail train caused a temporary service disruption Thursday morning in Kitchener. The incident occurred around 9:20 a.m. near Courtland Avenue and Borden Avenue. No injuries were reported.
The crash involved a black pickup truck and the train, which came to a stop at the intersection. Grand River Transit confirmed that service was halted between Kitchener Market Station and Mill Station for about an hour before resuming.
