Police are asking for help with a collision involving an e-bike in Perth East on May 15. Around 10 p.m., the Perth County OPP responded to a crash on Perth Line 42, where the e-bike lost control.
The rider, the only occupant, suffered life-threatening injuries and was airlifted to a trauma center.
The investigation is ongoing, and authorities are urging anyone with information or dashcam footage to contact 1-888-310-1122.
Update – In a media statement released on Friday, OPP confirmed that the e-bike rider, a 30-year-old individual, has died from their injuries.
