Police are investigating a single-vehicle rollover in Kitchener after a stolen vehicle crashed into a brick monument sign early Wednesday morning.
The collision occurred around 5:55 a.m. on Autumn Ridge Trail in the Doon South neighbourhood. Police say the occupants left the scene after the crash, but the number of people inside the vehicle remains unknown.
It is also unclear whether anyone was injured. The Waterloo Regional Police Service is asking witnesses, particularly anyone with relevant surveillance or dashcam footage, to come forward.
