Brantford Police are seeking witnesses as they investigate a fatal two-vehicle collision that occurred Tuesday morning.
The crash happened around 10:38 a.m. at the intersection of North Park Street and Charing Cross Street. According to police, a vehicle first struck a hydro pole before continuing into the intersection, where it was involved in a second collision with another vehicle.
A man in his 70s from Brantford was taken to hospital but later died from his injuries. The other driver did not suffer serious harm.
Investigators are still working to determine what led to the collisions and are asking anyone who witnessed the incident or may have dash cam footage to come forward and contact Brantford Police.
