Police are searching for a driver who allegedly struck a 14-year-old boy on a bicycle and fled the scene in North York last week.
The incident occurred around 12:35 p.m. on May 9 near Princess Avenue and Dudley Avenue. Authorities say the boy was cycling west when a driver in a four-door Honda Civic heading south hit him and then drove off.
The cyclist was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police are urging anyone with security camera footage from nearby residents, businesses, or drivers to come forward. Witnesses or anyone with information can contact the police or submit tips anonymously through Crime Stoppers.
