A three-vehicle collision on Highway 401 in Kingston Wednesday evening has led to charges against a 27-year-old man from Laval, Quebec. Emergency crews responded to the westbound lanes near Sydenham Road shortly after 5:30 p.m.
Three people suffered minor injuries and were taken to hospital. Ontario Provincial Police say the accused is charged with careless driving and having windows excessively tinted.
