Police and fire crews responded to a residential fire in Scarborough on Thursday afternoon.
Authorities say the fire broke out just before 3:30 p.m. at a home near Birchmount Road and Timberbank Boulevard, south of Finch Avenue East. Toronto police and Toronto Fire Services worked together to safely remove all occupants from the residence.
The fire has since been extinguished, and paramedics are assessing those involved. No further details have been released.
