A Saturday morning house fire on Stanley Street in Windsor caused extensive damage and displaced six residents, including five children.
Windsor Fire and Rescue crews responded to the 1200 block of Stanley Street shortly after 4 a.m., where they found the home fully engulfed in flames. Firefighters quickly brought the blaze under control, and no injuries were reported as the house was unoccupied at the time.
The fire remains under investigation. Damage is estimated at approximately $500,000, including heat-related damage to neighbouring homes. Residents are advised to avoid the area while crews remain on scene.
