Residents of a home on Dylan Street Northeast in London escaped safely after a fire broke out in the garage.
More than 25 firefighters responded and quickly brought the garage fire under control, preventing it from spreading further and extinguishing flames that had entered the house. Crews remained on scene for an extended period to ventilate the home and eliminate remaining hotspots.
A fire prevention officer has been called in to investigate the cause. Dylan Street remains fully closed, and the public is being asked to avoid the area so emergency crews can continue working safely.
