Oxford County OPP are investigating a serious collision between a vehicle and a pedestrian that occurred around 10:45 p.m. Saturday on Highway 19 in Southwest Oxford. The pedestrian was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The road, which was temporarily closed for investigation, has since reopened. Police are asking anyone with information to come forward.
Update – The pedestrian, a 61-year-old resident of South-West Oxford Township, has died.
