On Nov. 26, a southbound Tesla and a northbound Dodge pickup collided at about 6:30 a.m. in the Adelaide Street North and Victoria Street intersection, leaving the Tesla heavily torn apart. Two people were taken to hospital—one with serious but non-life-threatening injuries and the other with minor injuries.

Footage from a nearby business shows the Tesla suddenly veering from the left lane into oncoming traffic to avoid hitting a taxi that had stopped to turn onto Victoria. Shortly after, it struck the approaching pickup.

Police continue to investigate the crash, and no charges had been filed.
