Two people were hospitalized following a multi-vehicle collision on Highway 407 in Markham on Wednesday evening.
According to the Ontario Provincial Police, the crash occurred around 6:15 p.m. in the eastbound lanes near Bayview Avenue.
York Region Paramedic Services said one person suffered serious injuries, while another sustained minor injuries.
Authorities have not confirmed how many vehicles were involved, and the cause of the collision remains under investigation.
