A two-vehicle collision temporarily closed the intersection of Centre Road and Nairn Road in Middlesex County.
Ontario Provincial Police said six people were transported to hospital following the crash. All injuries are believed to be non-life-threatening.
Following the investigation, a 75-year-old London driver was charged with failing to yield to traffic on a through highway.
