A Greater Sudbury woman is facing impaired driving charges after a single-vehicle collision in Markstay-Warren late last month. Ontario Provincial Police say they were called to North Road around 6:50 a.m. on Dec. 28.

While no one was injured, officers arrested the 27-year-old driver and took her to a detachment for testing. She was later charged and released, with a court appearance scheduled for Feb. 4 in Sudbury. As part of the penalties, her licence was suspended for 90 days and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.
